Maputo Towers

The land is located in the district of Polana, within the urban core of Maputo city, in a privileged residential area with a strong tourist vocation and with great representativeness, which includes much of the diplomatic embassies.

It is a rectangular plot of 0.5 Ha with three facades, at the confluence of Mukumbura Street with Avenues Armando Tivane and Julius Nyerere. The terrain has a small topographic variation with slope to the sea that in reality can be summarized as a plateau that dominates the slope on the Indian Ocean.

The project appears between the park and the most scenic point, the marginal, where there is a winding descent to the sea, and where Julius Nyerere Avenue makes a small inflection in its penetration towards Ponta Vermelha. This special contour condition releases large spaces around it, subtly marks its uniqueness in relation to structuring elements of the city and is a determining factor in the construction of a new reference for Maputo.

A tower with these characteristics will not only have exceptional views of the Indian Ocean and Maputo, but will also create a multitude of new perspectives from other parts of the city, becoming a new reference.
